Je fais mon doctorat au Laboratoire de Phonétique et Phonologie (LPP, UMR7018, CNRS/Université Sorbonne Nouvelle) depuis 2022 sous la direction de Martine Adda-Decker, Nicolas Audibert et Yaru WU (Université de Caen).

Actuellement, je m’intéresse particulièrement à la variation phonétique synchronique en mandarin, notamment aux phénomènes de réduction. Ces variations sont influencées par de nombreux facteurs, tels que la position prosodique, le style de discours et la fréquence. Pour mieux modéliser et représenter les différents degrés de réduction, je me concentre sur l’utilisation et l’intégration des systèmes de reconnaissance automatique de la parole et d’alignement forcé open-source, visant à soutenir la construction et la recherche de corpus de parole à grande échelle. Idéalement, ces systèmes pourraient fournir des sorties multi-niveaux relativement précises, allant des mots aux phonèmes avec des horodatages, même sans textes transcrits. Cette approche favoriserait également la reproductibilité et la réplicabilité scientifiques.
Intérêts de recherche : la phonétique de corpus, la reconnaissance de la parole, la réduction segmentale, la variation tonale.

Currently, I am particularly interested in synchronic phonetic variation in Mandarin Chinese, especially in reduction phenomena. Such variations are influenced by numerous factors, including prosodic position, speech style, and frequency. To better model and represent different degrees of reduction, I focus on utilizing and integrating open-source automatic speech recognition and forced alignment systems to support the construction and research of large-scale speech corpus. Ideally, these systems would be able to provide relatively accurate multi-level outputs from words to phones with timestamps, even without transcribed texts. This approach would also promote scientific reproducibility and replicability.
Research interests: corpus phonetics, speech recognition, segmental reduction, tonal variation.
