Bowei Shao

Bonjour, je suis phonéticien et phonologue de laboratoire. Mes recherches portent principalement sur les propriétés articulatoires et acoustiques des phénomènes graduels dans la parole humaine. Je suis actuellement Maître de Conférences en phonétique à l’Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, et je travaille au Laboratoire de Phonétique et Phonologie. Avant cela, j’ai été chercheur postdoctoral au Département d’Études Cognitives de l’École Normale Supérieure, Université PSL (sous la direction de Maria Giavazzi, également en collaboration avec Anne Hermes).

Hi! I am a phonetician and laboratory phonologist. Much of my research centers on the articulatory and acoustic properties of gradient phenomena in human speech. Currently, I am a Maître de Conférences in phonetics at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, and I work at the Laboratoire de Phonétique et Phonologie. Most recently before this, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Département d’Études Cognitives of École Normale Supérieure, Université PSL (PI : Maria Giavazzi, also in collaboration with Anne Hermes).
